The Excellence Program, our signature coaching program developed in collaboration with ImagineMORE, is an 11-month journey consisting of these six indispensable elements of Excellence:

  • Keeping It Together

Every element is comprised of a series of Focus Sheets – micro-skills – within each component of Excellence. Practicing each skill in this way enables true mastery.

“Before I began my journey with IBI I felt like I was stuck in a rut. I had experienced great success earlier in my career but I was struggling and my intuition told me something wasn’t right, though I wasn’t sure what it was.

“When I first met Divya and she introduced herself as providing ‘Brain Training’ I assumed that she helped people to have a better memory and cognitive function like those games and brain teasers you can get.

I was wrong.

The focus sheets and sessions help you to examine the way you think and they ‘train’ your brain to work in a more effective way. They help you to discover strategies to create a better ‘state’ of mind and and a better ‘you’.

I have been a student of the Excellence Programme for 10 weeks now, so I’m a quarter into the course. Each focus sheet has been fascinating and invaluable. “As someone who has struggled with depression and anxiety issues for my entire adult life – I had tried EVERYTHING imaginable to help this debilitating illness, anti-depressants, anti-psychotics, therapy from counselling through to the Top psychiatrist in QLD, a stay in a psychiatric facility. None of this helped or if it did it lasted only a short while.

Deciding to start the Excellence Program was easy, there was no pressure as it consisted of taking 5 mins from my day reading a focus sheet and putting this into practice – which was a great way to start small and achieve without the stress of failure.
