Our personal growth retreats are primarily personal development retreats though they have been described as self-help retreats, spiritual retreats, and yoga retreats.
The 6 Senses Retreat – held semi-annually in March (Sydney, NSW) & October (Tamworth, NSW) – is a silent mindfulness retreat (which is very different to a silent meditation retreat like Vipassana) and is an opportunity for you to relax and rejuvenate, and meet yourself anew without judgement and stories.
The Visioning Retreat – held annually in January (Sydney, NSW) – is a personal retreat where you align your unconscious mind with your conscious goals so that you can achieve them even more easily.
Conscious Connecting Retreat – held annually in July (Sydney, NSW) – is a couples retreat and a space to deepen your connection and intimacy with each other, through deepening it with Self.
All of our self improvement retreats feature yoga and guided meditation. Practicing being present, also known as mindfulness meditation, is a key component of all retreats. If this is new to you, you may wish to attend a mindfulness workshop prior to enrolling.
