In my life I have struggled very badly with stress. I am a very blessed person but I fail to enjoy it a lot of the time because of negative, self-defeating thoughts. However, I have grown so much as I learn and implement these simple strategies…I have been able to see excellent progress and results in a short time and it keeps getting better as I continue through the program.
